Getting Started
What happens after you buy a server
When you complete a purchase in the billing portal, your game server is set up automatically — you don’t need to wait for anyone to create it by hand. Within a few minutes, you’ll get access to a control panel where your new server is already running and ready to configure.
From there, you have two ways to manage your server:
- The control panel (the “Panel”) — a web dashboard where you can start, stop, and configure your server, manage files, and view console output.
- The Discord bot — control the basics (start, stop, restart, status, backups) right from Discord, without opening the Panel at all. See the Discord Bot page to set this up.
You can use either one, or both — nothing you do in Discord requires you to also use the Panel, and vice versa.
Accessing your server via the Panel
- Log in to the Panel using the account you purchased with.
- You’ll see your server listed on your dashboard. Click into it to open the server’s console, file manager, settings, and backups.
- From here you can do everything related to running your server — this is also where you’ll generate the API key you need to link Discord (covered on the Discord Bot page).
If you can’t log in or don’t see your server listed, double check you’re using the same email/account you purchased with, and reach out if it’s still not showing up.
